The Delta-T Group is seeking a Housing Supervisor for a client location on the south side near 95th & Western. Details of the position are as follows:

• Responsible for the successful implementation and administration of the HUD Specialized Housing program.
• Directly supervises and coordinate case management and program specific services.
• Provide weekly, individual, supervision with staff; attends client and program meetings.
• Ensures client files are following Agency and HUD regulations.
• Oversees project implementation at agency, City, and Continuum of Care levels; including special projects, initiatives, and coordinated access.
• Works under the direction of the Director of Housing.

• Monday Friday 9am5pm
• Longterm independent contract position
• Weekly compensation
• Comp commensurate with education and experience
• COVID19 vaccination is required

Client's Requirements include:

• Bachelor's Degree in Social Work, Human Services, Education, Marketing, Business, Job /Vocational services, or Training; Master's degree a plus
• Seven (7) years successful housing and workforce development work
• Minimum five (5) years supervisory experience
• Knowledge of Housing and Workforce Development industry
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience with external networking and agency representation.
• Experience working with Veterans and their families.
• Experience or ability to use computers for data entry, communication and report writing
• Must possess vehicle and current, valid driver's license and insurance
