Our clients are seeking Direct Care Workers throughout the Valley to provide care for children and adults with developmental, physical and behavioral health challengesPosition compensates up $19/ hour - depending on contractor's qualifications, availability, and skill.

SUMMARY OF THIS OPPORTUNITY
* Ensure the highest quality of client safety and care
* Assist clients in performing activities of daily living
* Support the individual's medical management
* Provide teaching and support of individual treatment plans
* Maintain thorough documentation of teaching programs, activities and incident reports

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION FOR DIRECT SUPPORT PROFESSIONALS
* High School Diploma or its equivalent
* Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance Card
* CPR/First Aid
* TB Test
* CPI (Crisis Prevention Intervention)
* 10 Panel Drug Screen
